A modern furniture label helping buyers commit to a four-figure sofa they will never get to sit on first.
Product UX / Home / High-consideration PDP
Challenge
Maison Mode sells high-consideration furniture — the kind of purchase people research for weeks and abandon at the final step. Their product pages read like a printed catalog: a few photos, a price, a buy button, and none of the answers a buyer needs before spending four figures on something they cannot touch. Questions about scale, materials, delivery, and returns sent shoppers off to search and rarely brought them back.
Our role
We rebuilt the product page as a decision tool — scale-in-room visuals, honest material and dimension detail, delivery timelines, and a plain-language returns promise — sequenced in the exact order a buyer asks them. Every objection gets answered before it has a chance to become a reason to leave.

Result
The redesigned page did the reassuring a showroom usually does, and conversion rose 21% across the highest-value collections. Far fewer shoppers bounced off to research elsewhere, because the page already held every answer they were about to go looking for.
