Is the first concept really free?
Yes. The scoping call and the first concept cost you nothing. After the call we build a real first concept or working demo on your brand at our own cost, and you look at genuine work before any money moves. Decide against it and you owe us nothing.
So when do I actually pay something?
Once you've seen the concept and want the real build. Larger projects start with a deposit at that point — against a scope and a number you already agreed on the call. Nothing is invoiced before you've seen work, and nothing is invoiced without your go-ahead.
What's the catch?
It's a first concept or demo, not unlimited free work, and it isn't the finished store. We scope the project together first so both sides know exactly what that first deliverable is. You get real proof of quality before paying; we get a clear starting point instead of an open-ended free brief.
Can you build in Norwegian, Danish, Swedish and Finnish?
Yes. We build multilingual, multi-currency Shopify stores so one store sells across all four Nordic markets — plus English for the rest of the world. Real translation and correct hreflang, not a browser-translate plugin.
Do you set up Klarna, Vipps, MobilePay and Swish?
Yes. We configure the payment methods Nordic shoppers expect — Klarna, Vipps, MobilePay, Swish and Shop Pay — so checkout feels local in every market and fewer carts are lost at the payment step.
Do I own the code and the design?
Completely. You own the theme, the design and any custom app we build, and you can host and move it anywhere. No lock-in.
You’re a remote studio — how does that work for a Nordic brand?
We work remotely and bilingually, with a fixed overlap window in your morning (CET), so messages get answered, not lost to a time zone. And we take the risk off the first step: the call and the first concept are free, so a concept that isn’t right costs you nothing — and you own all the code and can move it any time. Nothing is held hostage.
How much does a Shopify build cost?
It depends on scope, set in discovery first. As a guide: $500–1.5k for a focused sprint or single module, $1.5k–4k for a redesign or tailored build, and $4k+ for full strategy, design and development. You'll have a clear number before any paid work begins.
What happens to the details I put in this form?
They are used to answer you and to scope the work, nothing else. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass your brief to a subcontractor pool.
