01 · The brief

What the store had to do.

Grocery online means a huge catalogue, bilingual shoppers who read English or Chinese or both, and perishables with delivery rules that must be understood before checkout. In a store like this, navigation is the product.

02 · What we built

The work.

A bilingual mega menu

The mega menu was built across 49 collections at launch with English and Chinese labels together, so a shopper scanning in either language finds the aisle they want. Collection and product names carry both languages as a rule, not as an afterthought.

A cold-chain delivery guide

A guide that explains which items ship chilled or frozen, on which days and to which areas, placed where people look for it — before they build a basket that cannot be delivered.

03 · What's live

What you can check today.

As of September 2026 the catalogue has grown to more than 2,000 products across 85 collections, with bilingual names throughout, prices in pounds, and reviews on product pages.
