A results-driven skincare range with one problem: shoppers bought a single hero product and never discovered the routine behind it.
Skincare / routine builder / revenue per visit
Challenge
Dewpoint had a loyal following for one or two standout products, but the wider range stayed invisible. Shoppers arrived through a single search or ad, bought that item, and left — never learning that the results they wanted came from a sequence of cleanse, treat, and protect. The catalog held the answer; the experience never connected the dots.
Our role
We designed an interactive routine builder that starts with skin type and concern, then assembles a morning and evening regimen the shopper can add to cart in one move. Behind it, metaobjects model each product's step, role, and compatibility, so the recommendations stay accurate as the range grows.

Result
Shoppers who used the builder bought in sets, not singles, and understood why each step earned its place. Average order value climbed as complete routines replaced one-off purchases, pushing revenue per visit to 2.1× the previous baseline and lifting the share of the catalog that actually sells.
