An artisan pantry brand that sold beautiful single jars — rebuilt around the way people actually wanted to buy it: as a gift.

Challenge
Single jars sold well, but there was no gifting path at all. A customer who wanted to send a set had to add items one at a time, with no way to bundle them, write a message, choose wrap, or time the delivery. Seasonal traffic spiked and then converted into small, single-item orders — the brand was leaving its best occasion on the table.
Our role
We designed the gifting experience the catalog had been missing. A build-your-own gift box lets shoppers assemble a set inside a keepsake tin, alongside curated ready-to-send collections for people who want it decided for them. Gift messaging, scheduled delivery, and a wrap upgrade sit right in the flow, so sending three jars is now easier than buying one used to be.
