Verde

Food & Beverage

A functional drinks brand moving from shelves to a direct-to-consumer launch — with a funnel that explains the benefit and measures every dollar of spend.

Challenge

Verde had wholesale traction but no direct storefront, and its first paid push was burning budget against a generic page that never explained why a functional soda was worth the premium. Worse, the tracking was leaking — duplicate and misfiring pixels meant the team was optimising campaigns on numbers they could not believe. Cost per acquisition climbed while confidence fell.

Our role

We built the DTC launch end to end: a benefit-led product page that leads with what each drink actually does, a low-commitment sampler as the entry offer, and landing pages matched one-to-one with the ad angles driving them. Underneath it, we ran a PixelProbe pass to strip duplicate tags and confirm every event fires exactly once — so media decisions finally rested on clean data.

Result

Accurate tracking plus a funnel that converts changed the math on paid growth. Cost of acquisition fell 18% as the sampler offer pulled first-time buyers in cheaply and the matched landing pages turned clicks into carts instead of bounces.
