Your COD form submitted. Did the Purchase event?

Fixed scope, fixed price — from $299. Larger custom builds start at €1,000 — see hire a Shopify studio or start a project.

For paid-traffic COD sellers in the Gulf and Southeast Asia: we verify the form, fix pixel and cart-event conflicts, and prove each event lands — independent of which COD app you use.

01 The acceptance standard

We do not promise ROAS. We promise correctly fired, deduplicated, verifiable events.

That is the whole acceptance standard, and it is deliberately narrow. Ad performance depends on price, offer, creative, audience and an auction none of us control. What a tracking engagement can be held to is three things:

  • Fire exactly once. The event happens when the order happens — not zero times, not twice.
  • Deduplicate correctly. The browser copy and the server copy of one conversion collapse into one.
  • Prove delivery. Arrival is shown in the ad platform’s own debugging tools, not asserted in a document.

02 What is COD-specific

Three things that only break on COD stores

Most of this work is the same on any Shopify store — the signal path, the server-side wiring, the deduplication, the evidence. Those are described on Shopify pixel and Conversions API hardening. What is genuinely different when you sell cash on delivery:

COD form event repairPurchase or Lead fires exactly once when the COD form submits — the order never passes through the standard checkout, so the event has to be attached to the form itself.
Real RTO measurementOrder history replaces the regional default with your own operating number, so the refused-delivery rate stops being a guess.
Consent-mode checkRegional consent behavior does not silently erase valid events.

The approach is vendor-agnostic on purpose: it reads the commerce platform’s own checkout and pixel events, so swapping COD apps does not break it again.

03 Which tier

Where COD sits in the price ladder

Same three fixed prices as every tracking engagement: Pixel Fix $299, CAPI Hardening $499, COD Funnel Care $799. The top tier is the one built for COD: COD Funnel Care, $799 — multi-platform hardening, the real RTO measurement above, and first-month monitoring, because pixels break again whenever an app updates or a theme changes.

The full table, with what each of the three tiers includes, is on the hardening page.

04 Where to start

Start with evidence, not a sales call

Two free tools answer most of the question before anyone quotes anything. PixelProbe reads your public storefront and reports which pixels load, whether the same one is loading twice, and — honestly — which checks cannot be settled from outside at all. COD Guard estimates what cash on delivery is costing you across refused deliveries, cash held by couriers and ad waste, from assumptions you can see and adjust.

Neither needs a login or store access, and both produce something concrete to bring to a conversation.

Frequently asked questions

Does this depend on my COD app?

No. The approach reads the commerce platform’s checkout and pixel events instead of depending on one app’s DOM.

Why would a COD form not fire the pixel at all?

Usually one of three things. The COD form submits without ever firing the Purchase or Lead event. Several apps compete for the same cart and checkout events, so conversions are counted twice or lost. Or consent handling silently discards otherwise valid events. All three are checked.

My store uses KWD, AED, or SAR. Is that handled?

Yes. Event values use your store currency, including zero- and three-decimal currencies.

What is RTO?

Return-to-origin: refused and returned COD orders. We replace the regional estimate with your store’s own operating data when access permits.

Bring the report. We’ll bring the fix.

If the signal is unclear or broken, send the result and we will scope the smallest fix that closes the gap.
