Streetwear that lives and dies by drop day — and now survives it.

Challenge
Every Riot & Rose release was a self-inflicted traffic storm. Demand spiked roughly fortyfold within ten minutes of a drop, the theme buckled under the load, product pages crawled, and carts timed out at the worst possible moment. The collection sold, but the launch experience generated refund requests and public frustration each time — turning the brand's biggest asset, its hype, into its biggest liability.
Our role
We re-engineered the store to treat peak load as the normal case, not the exception. A lean, cache-friendly theme; a queue-aware, resilient cart and checkout flow; ruthless payload and third-party trimming; and a drop page choreographed to hold the crowd's attention while everything stayed responsive under pressure.

Result
The next release held steady with no downtime through the full spike, and the crowd converted instead of complaining. Inventory that used to limp through a shaky launch cleared in half the time — sellouts came twice as fast, cleanly.
