An artisan ceramics studio where every piece carries a maker's story — and a shipping reality that has to survive the post.
Story-driven design / Home / Craft + logistics
Challenge
Terra Table's ceramics are hand-thrown, one-batch, and genuinely special — but the store sold them like anonymous stock, with no maker, no process, and no reason to pay artisan prices. Worse, fragile pieces shipped with vague timelines and zero breakage reassurance, so hesitant buyers walked and the ones who bought fretted until the box arrived intact. The site undersold the craft and underserved the delivery.
Our role
We put the maker back on the page — process imagery, batch provenance, and the story behind each glaze — and set it alongside honest logistics: protective-packaging messaging, realistic lead times, and clear shipping expectations placed right at the point of doubt. Craft and confidence finally sit next to each other.
