PurePour

Fitness & Nutrition

A supplements brand sold mostly one tub at a time — rebuilt so the daily-habit product finally sells like one.

Challenge

PurePour's greens, protein, and recovery formulas are built for daily use, yet almost everyone bought them one tub at a time. A subscription existed but sat buried and inflexible, so repeat revenue stayed thin and lifetime value stayed low. Every reorder relied on the customer remembering, deciding, and coming back — friction the product could not afford.

Our role

We made recurring the natural way to buy. Subscribe-and-save moved front and center on the product page, a “build your stack” option lets customers bundle a full daily routine into one flexible subscription, and a post-purchase offer converts first-time buyers after they've tried it. Replenishment reminders and an easy self-service portal keep the habit going without a support ticket.

Result

Turning a repeat purchase into a running subscription changed the economics. Subscriber lifetime value climbed 33%, recurring orders now make up a far larger share of revenue, and the stack bundle turned single-product buyers into multi-product regulars.
